September

September has come and gone!!  It's crazy how fast and busy life is getting!!
Here are some highlights:

We always love visits from Gammy and Gampy!!

We had a fun Sunday afternoon at the park... I absolutely love nights like this with my little family

Cute Lainey girl... one day we went to the park and she comes running over with red cheeks and says, "I need a gink ah watah mom!  I playin!"  Haha she's the cutest thing ever.
I got a new church calling!!! I was released from the Primary Presidency and am now a Mia Maid advisor!! I'm excited about this new adventure and so far I am loving it and the girl's.  Despite their silly, immature, teenage ways haha!  Now as a leader and can totally picture how silly and immature I must have been back in my day!!
This new calling caused Tom to be released from Scouts...but he was not too sad haha.  He is still a gospel doctrine teacher.
This quilt we were making was for the YW president whose husband unexpectedly passed away from a pulmonary embolism.  He died the day after I was called.  It has been the most heartbreaking thing in our ward for this beloved family.  Our ward is beyond amazing and it's been awesome to see EVERYONE pull together to help her and her 4 kids.  I still cry thinking about it and have spent several evenings over at her house talking and crying with her.  It definitely puts life in perspective and has made me treasure every little thing even more since his passing.
I LOVE that these 2 play so good together for the most part!  They even call each other "my best friend!"
One morning....she was a sleepy girl!! She normally wakes up between 7-8am and this morning I finally had to go wake her up at 9 to take Jade to school and she was out!!!  It took lots of coaxing to wake her up haha
Sill Jade!  Good use of packing materials! "Mom take a picture to send to Dad!"

Had a blast a Stefany's baby shower!!! I cannot be more excited for them!  They have waited so many years for this little miracle!  It was so good to be reunited with these ladies!  It has been hard to get together often since they moved to St. George.

One day Lainey ran errands with me to the Mall while Jade was in school.  Shhhh, don't tell Jade!

This particular morning, my morning sickness was soooo bad!!  Jade was so good and let me sleep for a while and kept Lainey entertained with dolls
One Saturday after work we took these raggedy kids to Macey's to get some ice cream!
On Conference Sunday, Kimberlie and Jon invited us over for a Pumpkin Party in between sessions. It was so much fun and great to see and get together with everyone!

Jade was obviously a peach! :(
Grandma Michelle brought pumpkins for all the kids to decorate and they loved it!!

Again with the dramatics from Jade hahaha!  It can be so frustrating when those darn stickers keep falling off!  Good thing Tom glued them when we got home!

These cousins had a blast playing together!!

 "Grandpa, I hold you?"
Lainey has been just dying to go in with Jade during her dance classes!  In full tears saying,"I dance too!!"  so last week we enrolled her too!  She loved her first week and I'm sure will improve on the whole, "sitting on your circle and listening to your teacher thing!"

Jade is LOVING school again this year!  She has a "best friend" named Bryson.  She talks about him all the time and all the funny things he says.
I got this note from Jade's teacher and it made me so proud!!
I have not been good at writing down the funny things the girls say lately!  There is just too much!  But one day I texted Tom 3 separate times in the same day of funny things they said, so here they are:

*We were out on our morning walk and as we were passing somebody, Lainey said, "Hello!  Merry Christmas!!"

*We were at Carl's Jr. and Jade was in the play area and I hear her call out, "Is anybody out there? out there? out there?"  I guess you gotta make your own echo in that place hahaha.

*And while Jade was playing, Lainey was destroying my purse and pulls out a dollar bill and says, "it looks like Grandpa!"  I don't know which Grandpa she is talking about, but so funny!

End of Summer, Lainey's 2nd Birthday, and Swiss Days

We've had a busy summer!! So I'll try to catch up!!

We have gone to the Spanish Fork pool several times this Summer!  This time, we went with Jenni and the kids, and Brittany and the kids!  I love these 2 pictures!!
Jade wanted me to take a picture of her "work of art"  I love it!
This picture makes my mama heart happy!  We were walking to the playground and Jade said, "Here Lainey, hold my hand.  I'll help you to the little kid's side."  Awe so sweet!
One Saturday while I was at work, Tom packed up the truck and took the girls up the canyon!! How stinking cute is that!!

These two haha!  Two peas in a pod!

We went to Ryan and Shanell Byrd's baby blessing of their new little boy Boston!

My cute girlies....  Lainey is currently obsessed with dress-ups and is constantly bringing me clothes to put on her!  But she demands not to take off the previous clothes, so we layer and layer haha

This tantrum was something else!!! She is very insistent on choosing her outfit lately and this day I tried to put something on her and she DEMANDED this shirt and shorts and after I finally give in, she starts freaking out not wanting it!  Oh no sister.... you wanted it, you're going to wear it!  So being the good mom that I am, I took a picture of the meltdown haha.  Her tantrums are very rare, but when they happen.... WOW!
I got off work somewhat early on a Saturday so we went to Jump On It!  All the pictures are blurry, but at least that means they were busy having fun!

Looking cute heading in to church!!
LuLaRoe has definitely kept me busy!  It's going well and I'm trying to maintain the balance of being a good mom first!

We had a little FHE playing at the park!  It was all fun and games until they both ended up in the one tiny patch of disgusting muddy sludge!

Thankful every minute of the day to have this man by my side to love, support and comfort me always!
 "sleepover" in the princess tent
Snuck away for our August date and did a temple night.  Soooo nice!
Tom sent this pic to me while I was working hahaha!
Jade was having a hard time in Sacrament meeting a couple weeks ago and our sweet neighbor sitting behind us drew this amazing picture of Rapunzel for Jade!! So dang sweet!  Jade wanted to frame it for her room!

Blanket fort is always a win!
I met up with some Aveda friends Kenzi and Jaime at the splash pad and it was so much fun to hang out with them!  Lainey just loved this little statue!

These 100% fake smiles all around crack me up!

And on August 25th our little Lainey girl turned 2!!! It is so crazy how fast time ticks by!  She is just the apple of our eye.  She is a pure delight to have in our family!  She is so funny and silly, loves to put on layers and layers of clothes, eats anything put in front of her, loves to color and holds a pen perfectly, is talking so good, can hang with the big kids, loves books, swimming and playing at the park, she loves to help, and rarely throws a tantrum...but when she does look out!  We love that she still brings us her blankie and a binky and asks for "hush-a-bye" (to be wrapped, rocked and sung too)

On her birthday, she got to open her presents from us!

She got a Minnie and Daisy tea party set, a pretend breakfast set and a Strider bike!!

On Saturday, we celebrated her birthday with a fun little birthday backyard BBQ!  We are so lucky to have all the family around that we do that come and support us!

"Helping" me set up calls for a photo shoot!
As the party was beginning, we took the opportunity of having all our loved ones around to announce that we are expecting baby #3 to join the Styler family mid April!!!! We are so excited and feel so blessed.
We all think that Lainey looks like a mini LuAnne!  Love these two pretty ladies!

She got spoiled with so many awesome presents!!

Thank you to all the family that took the time to be there!  It was such a great time!

 Pooped after all the partying!

The next morning looking so cute in her new dress from Gammy!

These next 2 pictures were picture requests from Swayzie to be sent to her while she was in the hospital!  Next time I want a genuine smile, I'll tell them the picture is for Swayz!  Poor Swayzie has been such a trooper and endured more brain surgeries than anyone should ever have too... hoping and praying she is on the mend now.  Our whole family went up to visit her the day after this.

I went to take the girls to the pool and realized they no longer have summer hours!! Boo, so we made the splash pad work.  It was extra fun because Lainey actually enjoyed it for the first time!  She usually doesn't actually want to get splashed!

These two are becoming such good little buddies and it makes me so happy!
Jade wanted lunch to be "fancy!" hahaha goldfish in Lainey's smile!

Tom got this awesome picture of the girls when he took them out while I was doing a training with the ladies joining my LuLaRoe team!

Labor Day weekend was a fun one!  We, of course, went up to spend the day in Midway with family and do some shopping!  Such a nice day with the Probst side of the family!

And on Monday Tom had the day off so we made the most of it!!  Lot's of relaxing- I somehow snuck in 2 naps!!  We also went and fed the ducks and geese!  BTW, geese don't like cheerios!  And then we went out to lunch to Denny's.

Tom cooked breakfast, and also busted out some amazing homemade soup and rolls for dinner!  He is pretty dang awesome and takes such good care of me and the girls!
Swayzie was FINALLY released from the hospital that day and we went by for a "Welcome home visit" that night!!!

Jade started her 2nd year of Preschool on Tuesday and she was SOO excited and not nervous at all!  We are so proud of this cute girl!  It's going to be a great year!

After I dropped off Jade at school, I took Lainey to her 2 year well check!  She is healthy as a horse and didn't even cry when she got a shot!! She was so brave!  She weighs 28 lbs and is 34 in tall (if my memory serves me correctly!)
