September

September has come and gone!!  It's crazy how fast and busy life is getting!!
Here are some highlights:

We always love visits from Gammy and Gampy!!

We had a fun Sunday afternoon at the park... I absolutely love nights like this with my little family

Cute Lainey girl... one day we went to the park and she comes running over with red cheeks and says, "I need a gink ah watah mom!  I playin!"  Haha she's the cutest thing ever.
I got a new church calling!!! I was released from the Primary Presidency and am now a Mia Maid advisor!! I'm excited about this new adventure and so far I am loving it and the girl's.  Despite their silly, immature, teenage ways haha!  Now as a leader and can totally picture how silly and immature I must have been back in my day!!
This new calling caused Tom to be released from Scouts...but he was not too sad haha.  He is still a gospel doctrine teacher.
This quilt we were making was for the YW president whose husband unexpectedly passed away from a pulmonary embolism.  He died the day after I was called.  It has been the most heartbreaking thing in our ward for this beloved family.  Our ward is beyond amazing and it's been awesome to see EVERYONE pull together to help her and her 4 kids.  I still cry thinking about it and have spent several evenings over at her house talking and crying with her.  It definitely puts life in perspective and has made me treasure every little thing even more since his passing.
I LOVE that these 2 play so good together for the most part!  They even call each other "my best friend!"
One morning....she was a sleepy girl!! She normally wakes up between 7-8am and this morning I finally had to go wake her up at 9 to take Jade to school and she was out!!!  It took lots of coaxing to wake her up haha
Sill Jade!  Good use of packing materials! "Mom take a picture to send to Dad!"

Had a blast a Stefany's baby shower!!! I cannot be more excited for them!  They have waited so many years for this little miracle!  It was so good to be reunited with these ladies!  It has been hard to get together often since they moved to St. George.

One day Lainey ran errands with me to the Mall while Jade was in school.  Shhhh, don't tell Jade!

This particular morning, my morning sickness was soooo bad!!  Jade was so good and let me sleep for a while and kept Lainey entertained with dolls
One Saturday after work we took these raggedy kids to Macey's to get some ice cream!
On Conference Sunday, Kimberlie and Jon invited us over for a Pumpkin Party in between sessions. It was so much fun and great to see and get together with everyone!

Jade was obviously a peach! :(
Grandma Michelle brought pumpkins for all the kids to decorate and they loved it!!

Again with the dramatics from Jade hahaha!  It can be so frustrating when those darn stickers keep falling off!  Good thing Tom glued them when we got home!

These cousins had a blast playing together!!

 "Grandpa, I hold you?"
Lainey has been just dying to go in with Jade during her dance classes!  In full tears saying,"I dance too!!"  so last week we enrolled her too!  She loved her first week and I'm sure will improve on the whole, "sitting on your circle and listening to your teacher thing!"

Jade is LOVING school again this year!  She has a "best friend" named Bryson.  She talks about him all the time and all the funny things he says.
I got this note from Jade's teacher and it made me so proud!!
I have not been good at writing down the funny things the girls say lately!  There is just too much!  But one day I texted Tom 3 separate times in the same day of funny things they said, so here they are:

*We were out on our morning walk and as we were passing somebody, Lainey said, "Hello!  Merry Christmas!!"

*We were at Carl's Jr. and Jade was in the play area and I hear her call out, "Is anybody out there? out there? out there?"  I guess you gotta make your own echo in that place hahaha.

*And while Jade was playing, Lainey was destroying my purse and pulls out a dollar bill and says, "it looks like Grandpa!"  I don't know which Grandpa she is talking about, but so funny!
