Sadie's Wedding weekend!

Sadie and Brock got married last weekend!  It was one of those weekends where at the time it seemed so busy and chaotic and a little stressful with the girls... but looking back at it... It was SO MUCH FUN!
They got married on Friday morning in the Manti Temple and it was a beautiful day!  I waited outside with the girls during the sealing.  Grandpa Probst was their sealer and Tom said it was very powerful and a little emotional!  I'm jealous I missed it!

The majority of these pictures are from Michelle's camera!   Thank goodness!  They really captured lots of fun moments and I'll probably add some of the actual photographer's pics later.
When everyone started walking out I spotted Lashel's surprise from a mile away!! She's pregnant!!! I'm so excited for them!  I just started pointing at her and saying, "Stop! Stop! No way!"  apparently my reaction made the keeping it a secret all worth it haha!

CONGRATULATIONS to the newly wedded couple!

 Grandma was immediately bombarded!

We missed Darren and Dani who couldn't make it! :(

The attempt at a nieces and nephews picture went about as imagined haha!  Ella and Lainey both ended up on their faces :(
Look at this precious moment!  I might be biased, but I think grandpa Probst has a special soft spot for Lainey; and she, for him.

 Look at that handsome devil!
I just love my little family!

After the temple, we went to a gorgeous luncheon there in Manti and then headed to Oak City.  Jade LOVED playing with Koleman and Kiptyn!  The literally ran their little hearts out!

We also did reception refreshment prep and got to spend lots of quality time with Trev and Lashel, Kevin, Kimi and Jon, and Michelle and Larry

Saturday morning we played at Grandpa's and of course he let them get right in the chicken coop haha!  He is so cute with his grandkids and Jade would definitely live on a farm if she could!

Then we all got ready for the reception!  It was fun helping Sadie with her hair for that night!

We got to the reception that afternoon and set up all the refreshments!  It turned out gorgeous!

And by this point in the weekend.... this was the state of the girls...

Lainey is tired beyond reason and Jade just zonked out haha!  They sure looked cute though!  They did manage to have a good time once the reception actually started.. but Thank goodness my parents came to the reception and took them home with them to let them rest and play!
Attempt #2 at the niece and nephew picture didn't go much better haha!

There was a photo booth and a DJ there that was so much fun!
Side note on Jade's individual shots there below-  So I was talking to someone in the back and I literally took my eyes off Jade for a second and when I turned around she was gone!  I assumed she went up to the front where Tom was, but when I went up there a minute later, he didn't have her!  It's a small place and she was no where!  It's crazy how fast a parent can go into full panic mode!  We split up and start searching for her.  The back entrance door was wide open and I'm running around the gravel parking lot in high heels screaming her name!  I go back inside hoping Tom's found her... I'm thinking either someone's taken her or she wandered off out the back door! AHHH!  He didn't have her!  What the heck!  I'm literally about to start shouting for everyone look for her when I see her wander out of the photo booth and walk over to the lady that prints them!!!!  OH MY GOSH!  Of course I'm beyond relieved and I thank the lady for helping her with the pictures but she said, "Oh I didn't help her.  She went in,  pushed the button, and did it all by herself!"   HAHAHAHA! What the heck Jade?!  I guess the little diva needed a selfie session!  I laugh every time I look at her photos-  she nevers smiles like that for me!

They cut the cake and then we did some dancing!

Of course we didn't let Trevor and Lashel out of our sight all weekend!  We haven't seen them since December and were soaking up every minute!

This was so funny!  Sadie was so hot and got resourceful to cool off!

On Sunday we hung out and relaxed at Michelle's!  These girls love grandma!

We got home Sunday evening and Tom flew out to California for a Manager training conference on Monday morning!  He gets home tomorrow but we sure have missed him!

So Tom was presented an award at the conference!!  BABE!!! I'm so proud of you!  He got the Rising Star award for the Western Division!  Out of about 60 people in the category of newer managers that exceeded expectations etc.. he won!  Congratulations hon!  You've earned it!  I love you!
Loves helping out with Laine!
A couple extras:  Lainey thinks she is big stuff now!  She is pulling herself up to standing on just about everything now!  She is so strong and determined!  She has definitely turned out to be the crazy strong baby who was active ALL the time while in my belly!  The first 3 months she was pretty chill... but now she is constantly moving and busy!  She always has to be doing something!
She is very go with the flow though and great about running around because she likes to be doing something!  She such a great girl!  She's eating great, does 2 great naps and sleeps about 11 hours a night!  You can't beat that!  She just has the sweetest smile and loves to be involved in EVERTHING!

Jade has said some funny things lately (of course!)  I only jotted down a few:
1) When I was scrolling through pictures from her birthday party I showed her a pic of Tom and Grandpa Probst and said, "Look!  Who's that?"  She immediately says, "It's the party girls!!"  haha what!?
2)  I love when she's eating and says, "Mom, this is de-LISH!"
3)  Today she said, "Mom, you're a good mom."  (Be still my heart)
4)  She is at that brutally honest toddler stage.. examples:  She called the mole on my face a nipple! (maybe I should look into getting that removed haha) / she always points out when mine or Tom's eyes are red/ she asked if the veins in my legs were from coloring markers!:(
5)  Her friend Swayzie broke her arm and now Jade frequently comes up with reasons why she needs a cast too.  "Mom, Lainey scratched me so I need a cast too!"
6)  We were driving up Main Street and there is a horse statue on the top of a store (which she has seen many times before)  so I point out, "Hey look Jade!  Do you see the horsey?"  She asks, "Where?"  So I point it out up on the roof and she says, "Oh, that sculpture!?"  hahaha yes Jade, yes.
