July Birthdays and the 24th!

Swayzie turned 3 a few weeks ago!  Although Jade didn't really want to participate in the swimming, she still had a great time at the party with her friends!

Happy Birthday Swayzie!  We love you!

Tom turned the big 3-0 this year! (holy cow!) We celebrated over a couple days!  Tom and I went to Tucanos and did a little shopping for his date.  Happy birthday to my love!

And the next night- Michelle, Kimberlie, and Kevin planned a birthday party up a Rock Canyon Park in Provo to celebrate John and Tom's birthdays!  It was so great getting together with Grandpa & Grandma Probst, Michelle & Larry, Jon & Kimi, John & Tracie, and Kevin!  Thank you everyone!

Carter turned 2!  And again, for some odd reason, Jade didn't want to swim (?I don't know what's up with that- it was blazing hot!?) but still had a blast at his pool party!

Happy birthday Carter!!!  He is the cutest kid and we have loved spending so much time with him this summer.

Lots of birthdays in July!! Too bad we also had to miss Alyssa's birthday party, and Teaghann's birthday party because of work:(

Fiesta Days is quite the big deal around these Spanish Fork parts.  It's our big city celebration that lasts all week of the 24th of July, with tons of stuff going on!  We didn't get out to do much, but we did take Jadelyn to the carnival on the 24th and she absolutely loved it!  The priceless look on her face was well worth the ridiculously overpriced tickets for the rides:)
She thought she was pretty big stuff going on this one by herself and was just beaming at us!

Later that night we went to the park with the Jone's to watch the city fireworks.  Swayzie and Jade were more interested in running around than the actual fireworks:)

Now some random catch-up pics...

Floating around on the "boat" with Carter in the Bunker's big pool!

Somersault lessons with Dad

Jade has been into jewelry lately and I finally allow her to wear her necklace that Grandpa Probst hand-made her when she was born.  It is so pretty and has a Jade stone in the middle

This is a pic of Jade the first night in her new "big girl bed!"  Thankfully, she has been loving it and adjusted so well! (Minus a few hours of trauma the first night).  She still takes good naps in it too!  During the day she will randomly say, "I gotta go see my new bed" and she goes up there and plays on it and we eventually have to pry her out!

Just helping dad prepare his Sunday School lesson!

Interpretive dolphin dancing...

I took this picture at the salon yesterday at 35 weeks!  I was belly bumping my poor hair clients all day!  And I gotta say, this must just be a good picture because I think I look much bigger!
It's so crazy that in just a few short weeks our little girl will be here!  We can't wait!...and I can't wait to not be pregnant anymore!

4th of July

We, of course, went to Delta for the 4th of July and enjoyed a nice long weekend down there.
On Thursday night we went to the Styler family party at Dave and Dani's house.  Good food, good company as per usual.  Jade loved all the fun things to play on and kept trying to hang with the big kids:)

During the little firework show she kept bouncing from lap to lap because she was scared but knew she was supposed to be having fun like everyone else haha.  She would just go up to whoever and plop right down.
Finally daring to sit with the kids...soo cute

On the 4th, we went to the parade first thing!

Making her get-a-way after grabbing a candy before this kid could get to it!

The Julian's and my parents set up their pools, but for some reason, Jade was not into it that day so she stayed dry out in the heat!  Crazy girl.

Lots of basketball was played throughout the weekend

The Rappleyes came over that afternoon for our family BBQ and party.

What good men, pushing the girls in the heat!  I stayed as cool as possible...which wasn't very possible haha

Cousin fun!

This is what our down time looked like!  Oh technology!
We didn't go to the derby this year, which I think may be the first time ever missing it!  Sitting on bleachers for 4 hours being 32 weeks pregnant, didn't sound appealing this year.  And sadly, it was a good year to miss it because a judge was hit and killed when a car was pushed over the dirt barricade.  Such a horrible tragedy for everyone involved.

So that evening we had a fire pit instead!  Sweet uncle Gregg sharing his perfectly cooked marshmallow:)

Once it got dark, we went over to the church pavilion to watch the fireworks with the Styler clan.  And to devour Aunt Luann's popcorn!

Jadelyn was beyond hilarious that night- it may have been the combo of being up way past bedtime, hopped up on sugar, and just excited about the fireworks and being with family-  but she was the craziest social butterfly you've ever seen.  We couldn't get her to hold still and watch the fireworks with us at all!  And apparently her fear of fireworks from the days before had completely vanished!  She was running around to everyone and asking "How are you!?"  "Can I sit with you!?" "Hi, Hi, HI!"  At one point she was sitting on some random guys lap who was there with his family!

First sparkler!

Just trying to fit in with the big girls!

Saturday morning, Gregg took Luke and Jade on a bike ride.  And I just love this picture!  It's like we asked them to look unimpressed
Later that day, Tom and I took Jade to the Res!  It had also been years since either of us had been out there.  It was great to cool off and a few hours well spent!  Jade especially loved running up and down the dock and jumping off it into our arms!

On the way back to my parents we got some Leo's for lunch.  I took this pic of us because Jade was dancing to our theme song of the weekend - Jammin' by Bob Marley!  We probably listened to it 20 times throughout all our driving because when it would end she would say, "Listen to that song again!"

Sunday morning we went to church with my parents and then went up to Oak City to see Kevin!  He sure spoils Jade with 4-wheeler rides and playing with the chickens!

Giving the baby chicks a kiss! (yuck haha)

Isn't she so precious!?  She just loves them.  She would hold it for hours if it let her.

We came home Sunday night!  We had a great weekend but it was good to be home again!

Monday night, the Bunkers invited us over to watch some fireworks!

Now I'm just going to photo dump some pics from the last few weeks so that I'm all caught up!

This was from our date night a couple weeks ago!  We went to this amazing Mongolian grill here in Spanish Fork called HuHot and then went to see X-men!  It was a perfect date!  We have been trying to go once a month since April and have so far been successful!  But I'm sure things will change once baby girl gets here!

Playdates with Brittany!

Jade and Swayz just chatting on their phones!...
....and with no pockets, the only logical thing to do is put them in your shirts!

A cute pic Tom sent me while I was at work!  They made waffles together!

Kisses on the porch

Snowcones!! Classic silly face from Jade!

She can now wear to legit ponytails and I can't handle how cute it is!  Playing peek-a-boo with shoes on your face is fine right!?

Here I was at 32 weeks!  We are getting there and getting excited!  I seriously can't wait to be done being pregnant and hold her in my arms!

And now for some funny stuff from Jadelyn:  This girls seriously kills me and has us laughing daily!
-She was desperately searching for her seahorse toy and we couldn't find it anywhere!  And with tears in her eyes and the saddest face, she asked, "Maybe a mouscatool can help us find it?"  (If you watch Mickey Mouse clubhouse, you will get it)
-She was super mad about not getting her way about something, and made the maddest face and yelled, "Oh my chinny chin chin!!"
-She knows her name, and our names.  So when asked what her name is, she says, "My name is Jadelyn Kay Styler!"  I don't know why she uses her full name haha!  And she knows mom's name is Amanda Styler and dad's name is Tom Styler
-We were eating lunch at my mom's house and I asked her if she wanted some applesauce and her reply (with closed eyes) was "Gosh ya."
-I was playing with her a pretending like I was going to bite her finger, and when I did, she said, "That's terrible!"
-While she was going potty, she pulled the toilet seat lid (which has a green cover on it) forward so it was resting on her back and said, "Look, I'm a turtle!"
-Yesterday she was playing with her toys and I hear her say, "Where the heck is Robin?" (one of her birds)
