Camping, Tracie's baby shower, and Delta! Phew!

We had quite the jam-packed weekend!  With lots of fun and lots of driving.

First was our big annual camping trip we do with our friends near Claudia and Brent's birthdays!  This was also Jade's first official camping trip and she honestly did much better than we had thought!  She had an absolute blast and was FILTHY!  She slept and napped pretty well.  We definitely learned some things that we will bring next time!

The Jone's went up Thursday morning to get us a good spot and we went up that afternoon.

Sometimes I give Tom the camera...and pictures like these 3 are what we get haha!  He really knows how to capture the moment :) 

 Swayzie and Jade were running around yelling and laughing like "This is the best day ever!! Freedom!!"

 

We ended the night with scorched tin foil dinners, bonfires, and late late night laughs with our buddies 

Friday morning Tom and Brent went for more firewood and we women folk went on a 4-wheeler ride!  Yes those are swimming goggles for Jadelyn...I'm a genius!

 

 By late afternoon the Hills, Bunkers, and Fowlers had joined us!

 Cole and Steph brought their new one-pump pellet gun and it was pretty legit

 Then of course a huge bonfire! 

We seriously have the best time camping, especially with friends!  Thanks to all who came and for making it so great!

We headed out Saturday morning, but before we left we had to get a pic of all the little ones (minus baby Zoey) in their little camp chairs:)  Quite the crew of good looking kids!!

So when we got home we got unloaded and I hurried and showered and made it up to Tracie's baby shower that afternoon in Provo at Kimberlie's place.  John and Tracie are expecting their little girl Teaghann in a few weeks!!  Kimi and Michelle threw a great shower for her!!  Tracie's kids were so cute and loving to help open all the gifts for their baby sister!

After the shower I drove back home and we headed down to Delta!!  I know, crazy...
We spent Saturday evening and night at my parents house and Jade absolutely adores my mom ("Gammy!")  It's so cute to see them playing together!

Conlan was home and Sharice,Gregg and their handsome little 6 month old Luke came down for the weekend too!

Ended the night with yet another bonfire!  Can't get enough!!  It was a good night hanging out with my family.

Sunday morning we went up to Oak City to spend the day with Kevin.  We spent lots of time in his amazing garden because the peas were on!!  So good!- and Jade loved them too.  She loved to pull them out of the pod herself:)

After church we had a big BBQ  where Kevin literally cooked each of us our own 16oz. steak....geez!!

Before we headed back home Tom was out there filling up a bag of peas for us:)

Needless to say we had a great weekend with almost all of our favorite people!  We DEFINITELY over ate...by like a lot.... but it was so fun and soooo worth it!

So this 15 month old is at such a cute and fun stage!
She is so independant, but yet wants you right there watching her do something independently and cheering her on.
She LOVES grapes!  She also loves to pull them off herself..and I must say, it's the cutest thing ever.

She is also jabbering all the time!!  It seems she picks up a new word daily!  It's hard to keep up...but she can now say:  HERE-GO (here you go), ONT-SOME (want some), GAMMY, KEYS, TIE, LOOK, MINNIE, HARR (hair), FROG, AWESOME, & HANDS!

Tom also taught her Twinkle Twinkle little star!  So she will say the last word of all four lines (star, are, high, sky) when you sing it to her!  SOO cute... what a good daddy:)
