Baby Koleman is here!!!

While we were there we thought it would be fun to stay in a hotel, but the fact that we are cheap for motels definitely backfired. The lady at the front desk with a full mustache and uni-brow should have been our signal that this was not a good idea. haha the room was pretty nast! The bed slanted on an angle, we couldn't shut the sliding bathroom door, only 2 lamps worked, and the shower...wtf? etc.. all in all it was an...experience.

And if you are ever wanting to know for sure if the motel you are staying at is sketchy, simply count the locks on the door... if there is more than 2 than its definitely sketch.




Thankfully lots of our time was with family and we also got to hang out with Brady and Lindsay! Thanks you guys for always treating us so good! love ya!
We also went and saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D and it was so freaking awesome!!!

I took the dogs to the groomer and it was Jovi's first "real" haircut! (We did attempt it once but was very unsuccessful) And man did she need it! She was pretty ratty. So this is before...

Lashel's baby shower weekend

We haven't updated for a while but we are good and busy with life! My job at the hair school has been crazy busy lately.. the school is now Aveda Institute Provo! The change has been a lot of hard work but it is so exciting!! I'm so grateful and excited for this new opportunity to grow as an instructor! The first week of our training pretty much was 5 days of information packed into a single day, for five days! very overwhelming! So I was definitely excited to have a weekend get away to Delta...

Me, Kristan, Michelle, Kimberlie, and Sadie all threw Lashel a baby shower! It was so fun. Thanks to Aunt Dani,Kelly,Maddie,Aunt Erma Kaye,Aunt Luann,Melissa,Lucy and Grandma Probst for coming! We are all so excited for Lashel and Trevor to have a baby!!!






We played some games and one of them was so gross! We melted candy bars in diapers and had to guess what they were. Some looked so bad! :0 And poor little Maddie actually dry heaved! It was so funny!








Lashel definitely had the 2 cutest helpers in the world helping her open her gifts!! Thanks to Kelly and Maddie!

Last night we invited Tasha, Roger, and Sharice and Gregg over to celebrate Tasha's birthday. Isn't my brownie cake beautiful? :)



When Sharice and Gregg got here we learned...THEY ARE ENGAGED!!! yay! I'm so happy for the cute couple! They haven't set an exact date but they are thinking April! It will be so fun! Sheesh, lots of excitement in the Miller family

Mom's big 5-oh!

Happy Birthday Mom!! My mom is turning the big 50 on Monday so we celebrated it at Olive Garden! It was so fun to be together with the Miller family! And it turns out we had 2 things to celebrate- read on...

Tasha and Roger dropped a HUGE surprise on our family!!!! They are having a baby!!! holy cow we were all in shock like crazy! My mom's face was priceless! We are so dang excited for them! They will be great parents! Man we will go from having no nieces or nephews to having 2 in one year!! (Theirs /Trevor and Lashels) It will be so fun and couldn't be happier for them!

The weekend starts out innocent enough....
9:00 am - 5:30 pm we are both hard at work

7:00 pm
Go out to eat at the Pizza Factory with the Hunts and the Kings. Good times

Brent and Jenni come over and we play fun card games til like 2. Always fun for us

Saturday
9:00 am
We go to our wards "Get to know your primary teacher breakfast" Oh joy, another year, another class! :) It's really not so bad, looks like we have a cute class this year.

11:00am - 3:00 pm
Busy working at salon! Thankfully, I really do love my job. That helps make the working on Saturdays bearable

3:00 pm
Tom and I head to Ryan and Shanell Byrds in Pleasant Grove to celebrate their son's Bridger's 1st Birthday! It was so good to see them and catch up for a while!!

7:00 pm. We headed back down to Spanish Fork and Tom went and watched the first motocross event of some sort of importance with Dallas, Brady, Cole, Brett, Darren, Jason, Reed, and Noah and me and all their wives (Stef, Jessica, Steph, Lacy, Shayla and Annie) went to FINALLY see the movie New Moon. I liked it a lot and there were definitely some hilariously cheesy parts, but still good. Good movie to watch with the girls.

10:00 pm. Headed to meet back up with the men and thought it would be fun to play a joke on them...so we broke into the basement while they were upstairs watching the races and flipped the power breakers, so lights out while we simultaneously set off 3 or 4 of our car alarms thinking that they would run outside and we could go up and scare them...but of course lazy men did nothing and were actually pretty mad about the whole thing. whoops! how were we to know that the main event was going on when we turned off the power! oh well it will always be funny to us girls. Then we played some way fun games til like 2 am or so..

Sunday
8:00 am Got up and took the dogs on a run

11:00 am drive to Richfield, Ut to Dallas and Heather Valerios baby Braydens baby blessing... I'm so sad I didn't have my camera, he is so dang cute. He looked amazing in that little white suit. And we also celebrated their other child's Bree's 4th birthday! She is so cute and hilarious, just dancing around the house for anyone who would watch! Happy Birthday Bree!!!

5:00 pm
Drive the 2hrs back up to Spanish Fork and finally chill.!

11:00 pm But somehow find the strength to stay awake to watch Keeping up with the Kardashians of course!!! Love it!
12:00 am Go to bed, weekend finally over, but so glad I got to spend so much time with my husband and friends
