Camping trip 2015

Two weekends ago we had our annual Delta friend's campout!  It was soo much fun!  Camping is a lot of work, preparation, and clean-up but it is always so worth it!
Two little monkeys jumping on the bed!

When Tom gets the camera haha
This year us, the Hills, Fowlers, Jones, and Neilson's could make it!

I don't know what the teethy looks are all about haha

Jenni brought supplies for the kids to make necklaces

We brought our little pool to contain Lainey from crawling in and eating dirt all day and it worked out great!
We went up to the lake for the day and it was so nice!

Jade couldn't wait for us and just hopped right in the canoe!
And this picture of Lainey just cracked me up

The crazy boys went swimming in the cold water!
The girls were so cute together all weekend!  Just off exploring:)
We made cheesy family t-shirts and they turned out so cute!  This will definitely become part of the tradition!

The whole crew!  The Hills left Saturday afternoon

 Making a "cake"
 On a nature hike...
 Riding a "dragon"...
These two babies did really well the whole time and had a great time too!  Poor Nash though... Lainey loves him a little too much and constantly grabs at him:(
We had a blasty blast!  Can't wait to go again next year!

Dance, tumbling, swimming, SUMMERTIME!

This little gal had her 9 month check-up about a month ago haha and she was 20 lbs and 75% for height and weight!  She is so fun and such a wiggle worm.  She will rarely hold still for more than 5 seconds!  She is walking along everything and starting to take some steps.  She freaks out if I go out of her eye sight.  She takes 2 naps a day and is overall a very happy girl
Jade started a dance class this summer!  So far she is loving it!  She definitely has some room for growth in the listening to the teacher aspect!  She starts to lose focus about the last 15 minutes.  But every week she is doing better, and considering this is her first class with another adult authority to follow, I think she is doing pretty good!  She is really starting to remember and loves to practice the technique moves she is learning.  I was sure the cuteness factor of the first week would've worn off by now, but nope!  I still have to contain myself to not be a full blown dance mom, documenting every step!

Some outside stuff:)
She's never short on the dramatics!
This is her "snap dragon face"  she is obsessed with finding snap dragon flowers and rolly pollies on our walks
We went to the Spanish Fork pool with the Jones and she was in heaven!  Thankfully she doesn't have the water aversion she had last year!

Lainey was skeptical of the water at first but loved it as long as I was holding her!
I love these pictures of these two!  They remind me of a cute little elderly couple haha

She also started a tumbling class and loves it!!  The class size is a little out of control so its hard for her to stay focused and be patient but she's doing great!  I hope she loves tumbling as much as I want her too haha!  She has the perfect little compact and strong body for it and I could live out my gymnast dreams through her ;)
And she loves having her little bestie Swayzie in both classes with her!

I love her imagination!  This bubble stuffing is obviously a dragon!
And she is also obviously driving a bus so she can't smile! ??

Cute girl riding her bike and singing passionately about something!  Passionate....that is definitely a good word to describe Jadelyn.  For better or worse she is passionate, emotional, dramatic and sometimes a little crazy to reason with...but I'm learning everyday how to handle the ups and downs of a 3 year old.
Playing on the tramp with Emma.  Lainey loves the trampoline!  She just laughs and laughs!

We were at Walmart and she kept saying, "Look it's dad's favorite game!  Look it's dad's favorite game!"  and when I turned around, she was right haha
Lainey is a very independent eater and we love it!  She is never hesitant to try new food.
Bedtime stories:)
I just love my sweet Lainey girl...sometimes she is my sanity.

I love that these two love playing together.  When I got Jade ready to swim, Lainey was napping and Jade kept asking when was Lainey going to wake up so they could swim together!
Two weekends ago we went down to Delta to attend Savannah's mission farewell.  It was a quick weekend but we made the most out of it.  We went down Saturday afternoon after I got off work and hung out at Grandpa's!
Jade LOVES the chickens and the poor things have no choice but to be played with.  Ew.
She gathered the eggs for the day and surprisingly only broke one!
Lainey and I observed the pea picking from the air conditioned house haha
Kevin took us to dinner that night in Delta and Jade thought the disappearing salt shaker trick was pretty darn cool!
Sunday morning before church she bonded with the poor chicky

Savannah's farewell was awesome!  She will be a phenomenal missionary and we can't wait to see her in 18 months!
After the meeting, we went to the luncheon and had a great time catching up with family and letting Jade run around with all the kids
Then we went to Gammy and Gampy's house for a fun afternoon!  It was a perfect little weekend!
I just love when the girls are just quietly playing together:)
Snapped a quick selfie of Lainey's first ponytail!  -complete with baby slobber on my sleeve!
A little pool play date at Brittany's!

And a shout out to the rock of our family!  Poor guy has been working long hours this summer and this was a 12 hour work day that he got to come home and fix a microwave I almost blew up!  I love you babe and am thankful for all the hard work you do for us
