Valentine's

A couple weeks ago Michelle and Larry took us and the Willis' to dinner!  It was so great to see them and Jade loved playing with Ella!

On Valentine's day I had to work but it made my day to get these two pictures sent to me!  He finished building our new swing set and made Jade a heart shaped pancake!

Tom was so dang cute this Valentine's day!  There was a cute little note in my lunch and several in the car!  And he made me an adorable (and hilarious) card!  I loved it sooooo much!  He knows that cards are my favorite part!  He also got me some chocolates and perfume.  And he even had Jade make me a card!  I got him some chocolates and a Ross gift card (he is in love with that store)

That night we dropped the girls off at the Kings and had THE BEST DATE!  We both keep saying we  want to go back in time and relive that night haha!  We are not huge on Valentine's day, let alone, going out on actual Valentines day, especially if its a Saturday!!! (We hate waiting and crowds) but that's when our babysitter offered- so of course we jumped on it!  It was so fun!  We really embraced the overly commercialized love day!
We made fancy-shmancy reservations at Magleby's in Springville.  They do a really nice night for Valentine's day.  It involved, a photo booth, a gourmet appetizer/ entree'/ dessert buffet, and they sent you home with a SINFULLY GOOD chocolate cake!

They had all kinds of meats, but apparently seafood is their specialty, which Tom and I are not fans of... however- we were daring!  Tom tried his first crab leg (because everyone else was going to town on them!)  And I tried Teriyaki Salmon which was to die for!  Who knew?!

 After dinner we went to the movies and saw 'American Sniper' and it was so good!  Thanks for the awesome date babe!

What's been going on with us lately

A couple weeks ago we went to Hangtime for a family date and it was definitely one of the funnest family things we have done in a while!  Jade was in HEAVEN!!!  She jumped her little heart out with the biggest grin the whole time and was heartbroken when it was time to leave!  We will definitely be going back for her birthday

 The Bunkers had us over for a Super Bowl party and we also did nails and the kids ran a muck!  Food and friends...that's what the Super Bowl is all about right!?

We had a Jazz game/ freezer jam making party at the Jone's!  The boys watched the game whiles we got all domestic!  It worked out perfect and was so fun!

 GEEZ!  I'm in love!  Looks like Lainey will be crawling in no time!  She is rolling all over the place!

 Last night I went to Elise's baby shower up the Blue Lemon in SLC.  I'm so excited for Elise to have her little girl! I had a great time and it was so good to catch up and see Kara and Elise!!!  I miss these girls and was happy we got this Rempp sandwich picture
